The KMCT Medical College was established in 2008. It is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Medical council of India. The student intake at 2008 was 100 but from the academic year 2016, this has been increased to 150. Post Graduate Degree Course in Orthopedics was started in the academic year 2015-16 with 2 seats.
KMCT Ayurveda Medical College was established in the year 2006 for imparting quality education to the aspirants of Ayurveda with a student intake of 50. The College is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. The College has a 100 bedded hospital with OPD and IPD blocks with all Ayurvedic specialization.

The KMCT Dental College was established in 2006 and is affiliated to KUHS and approved by the Dental Council of India. The College offers BDS course with 100 seats and MDS course with 24 seats.
Eligibility for BDS:
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together, are eligible and also studied English as a compulsory subject in the Plus Two level and those candidates who qualify in NEET-UG as per the qualifying criteria described in the Information Bulletin of NEET-UG 2017.
Eligibility for MDS:
A recognized degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery awarded by a University or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and has undergone compulsory rotator internship of a year in an approved/recognized dental college.
A valid NEET score obtained in the NEET examination for admission to the postgraduate dental courses in each academic year conducted in the manner as prescribed by the National Board of Examination or any other authority appointed by the Central Government in this behalf.
