ADMISSION TO MBBS/BDS/AGRICULTURE/FORESTRY/ FISHERIES/VETERINARY COURSES FIRST PHASE CENTRALISED ALLOTMENT PUBLISHED

The first phase of allotment to BBS/BDS/Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries/Veterinary Courses for the academic year 2020-21 is published on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo. The candidates should take a printout of the allotment memo from the Home Page. Palakkad Karuna Medical college has not been included in this phase of allotment, and the college will be included in the second phase of allotment.

All the candidates who have an allotment should join the college allotted as per the allotment memo from 21.11.2020 to 26.11.2020 before 3 pm. Such candidates can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidates. The printout of this Data Sheet, allotment memo and the documents as per clause 11.7.1 may also be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.

The annual tuition fee for 2020-21 notified as per G.O.(MS)No.218/2020/H&FWD dated.11.11.2020 has been notified in the website (see annexure). In compliance with the order dated 13.11.2020 of the Hon’ble High court of Kerala in WP(C) Nos.24070,24219, 24725/2020, the maximum fee claimed by the management of the Self-financing colleges has been notified in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations ( see notification dated. 18.11.2020) . The candidate allotted to a particular Self-financing college now need only remit the fee as notified in the G.O.(MS)No.218/2020/H&FWD dated.11.11.2020. However, an undertaking has to be ., in the format provided in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, to the effect that if any higher fees is fixed by the Hon’ble court or by any other authority as directed by the court such fees shall be remitted. The fee to be remitted in this phase of allotment will be prescribed in the allotment memo.

Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC category and those having benefits as per G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD, dated: 20.06.2005 and G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD, dated 23.05.2014, and those candidates from Sreechitra home, Juvenile home, Nirbhaya home need not remit token deposit to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. However if they are allotted seat under Minority/NRI quota in Self-financing Medical/Dental colleges they will have to remit the token fee prescribed to CEE and they will not be eligible for fee concession.

Candidates who have received an allotment should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo through any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 21.11.2020 to 26.11.2020 and should join the course/college allotted before 3 pm on 26 .11.2020. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.

The semester fee of B Sc Fisheries under kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean studies has been increased to Rs. 8052/ from Rs. 6050/.

NRI candidates for whom memos are pending clearance as per the directions of Admission Supervisory Committee in order No. ASC 100/20/Medical& Allied courses/NRI, dated. 22.10.2020 have to clear the defects within the time limit specified in the said order ie, within a month time from the date of allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations or two days prior to the second allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations whichever is earlier. Those candidates who fail to upload the documents as specified within the time limit provided by ASC will lose the allotment, if any, received in the first phase and the category claim of the candidate will also stand cancelled. Any allotment received by such candidates in this phase will be treated as provisional.

The details of second phase allotment to Medical &Medical allied courses will be published later. Facility for online option confirmation and for rearranging the existing options/deleting the unwanted options will be provided before the second allotment.

Note: Those candidates who do not join the college allotted within the stipulated time (including candidates eligible for fee concession) will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.
