ALLOTMENT TO MBBS/BDS/ / AYURVEDA COURSES FACILITY FOR OPTION CONFIRMATION & OPTION REGISTRATION

The activities related to the second phase of allotment to MBBS/BDS/Agriculture/Veterinary/Forestry/Fisheries courses and first phase of allotment to Ayurveda/Homoeo courses began on 05.12.2020. Candidates can register online options to Ayurveda, Homoeo courses and can also register options for the MBBS course in newly included Self Financing Medical colleges – Karuna Medical College Palakkad (KMM) and SUT Academy of Medical Sciences, Thiruvananthapuram(SUC) . Allotment to Siddha, Unani courses are excluded in this phase. As per the Letter No. A3/330/2020/AYUSH dated. 01.12.2020 allotment to 15% of the seats to BAMS Course in Self-Financing Ayurveda colleges in Kerala irrespective of candidate’s domicile will also be done by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Allotment to these seats will be done considering the online options received from the candidates in this phase and based on the State Ayurveda rank list 2020 published by the Commissioner for the Entrance Examinations.

Online Option Confirmation is mandatory The Candidates who want their higher order options in MBBS/BDS and Agriculture/Veterinary/Forestry/Fisheries courses to be considered in the second phase of allotment and Ayurveda/Homeo courses in the first phase of allotment shall have to log into their Home Page and confirm their options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available therein.
After Online Option Confirmation, the candidates can re-arrange their higher order options or delete the unwanted options and also register fresh options to the newly added Courses/Colleges if applicable, from 05.12.2020 to 09.12.2020, 11.00 am, through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Online option confirmation is mandatory for those who have got admission and those who have no allotment as per the first phase allotment, to consider them in the second phase allotment in the case of MBBS/BDS and Agriculture/Veterinary/ Forestry/Fisheries courses. But for those who do not confirm their options after first phase of admission, the admission in the first phase shall be retained.

On the basis of options received up to 11.00 am on 09.12.2020, the second phase allotment to MBBS/BDS and Agriculture/Veterinary/Forestry/Fisheries courses and first phase allotment to Ayurveda/Homeo courses will be published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in on 10.12.2020. Candidates who receive allotment in this phase shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 11.12.2020 to 15.12.2020, 3 pm. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website. After remitting the fee/balance fee (if applicable), the candidates should join the course/college allotted before 4 pm on 15.12.2020.

DETAILED SCHEDULE OF THE ALLOTMENT

05.12.2020 -Website opens for Online Option Confirmation and for enabling rearrangement of higher options/deletion of unwanted options and for registration of fresh options to the newly added Courses/Colleges for Medical and Medical Allied courses ( except Siddha Unani courses )

09.12.2020 (11.00 am)- Time for Online Option Confirmation and re-arrangement/ deletion/ addition of options ends.

10.12.2020- Publication of Allotment

11.12.2020 to 15.12.2020, 3.00 pm- Candidates who receive allotment should remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) payable to CEE in any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment and should report before the college authorities to join the allotted college/course for Medical & Medical allied courses ( except Siddha Unani courses ).

15.12.2020, 4.00 pm- All the college authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) for Medical & Medical allied courses.
