MBBS/BDS -First Phase of Allotment

The first phase of allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses- 2019 has been published on the official website of CEE Kerala – w ww.cee.kerala.gov.in. The allotment list was released on 8th July, 2019, however the online link was activated on 9th July, 2019.

In this phase, allotment is also done to NRI Quota seats in private self-financing Medical/Dental Colleges. The allotment list contains details of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc.. The candidates can visit the official website of CEE to take the printout of the allotment memo.

As per the notification released on the official website “Candidates who receive an allotment afresh should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 09.07.2019 to 12.07.2019 and should join the course/college allotted before 3 pm on 12.07.2019. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website”.

The candidates who get a change in allotment other than that of the first allotment should pay the balance fee, if applicable, in any Head Post Office in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 09.07.2019 to 12.07.2019 and should join the course/college allotted as per the second phase allotment memo before 3 pm on 12.07.2019.

Thus, all the candidates who have an allotment should join the course/college allotted as per the allotment memo before 3 pm on 12.07.2019. The detailed schedule showing the date and time for joining MBBS/BDS courses is published in the website w ww.cee-kerala.org.

Candidates who have an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidate. The printout of this Data Sheet is to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.

Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time (including candidates eligible  f or fee concession) will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the  s tream to which the allotment belongs.
