MDS 2019 -SCHEDULE FOR FIRST PHASE OF ALLOTMENT

The activities related to the first phase of centralized allotment to Post Graduate Dental Courses for the year 2019 will commence from 03/04/2019. Candidates applied for PG Dental Course can register their options on the Website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 03/04/2019 to 07/04/2019, 3 pm.

Those candidates who are included in the rank list which will be published on 06/04/2019 are eligible for allotment/admission. Candidate shall have to click ‘MDS 2019-Candidate Portal’ available in the above website.

After that the candidates have to enter their Application Number and Password in order to access their home page. The Candidates can register their options online by clicking the menu item ‘Option Registration’ available in the home page.

The schedule for the allotment is given below:

03/04/2019 Opening of option registration facility.
07/04/2019 – 3.p.m. Closing of option registration facility.
08/04/2019 First Phase allotment published
09/04/2019 to 12/04/2019 All candidates who get an allotment shall remit the fee shown in the allotment memo by way of online payment and should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents.
12/04/2019 All the college authorities should approve the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS).

 Candidates can give options as per their priority of the Course-College combinations in the option list. A candidate need only give options to a Course-College combination if he/she is sure to join the course and college, if allotted.

Options registered online alone will be considered for allotment to the courses. Options sent to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations via Post/Fax/E-mail will not be processed /considered for allotment to the courses. Candidates allotted to courses, and who remit the fee as prescribed, should take admission in the college allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE.

Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees/take admission will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further online allotments, if any. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

The fee structure subject to change as per Govt. order

  • SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fishermen/inmates of Sri. Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home, Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of fees. However they have to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- as token of having accepted the allotment, if any.
  • The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned.
