ONLINE MOP UP ALLOTTMENT TO PG DENTAL (DEGREE) COURSES

The activities related to the Online Mop Up Allotment to Post Graduate Dental courses-2020 in Government Dental Colleges of the State and Private Self-financing Dental Colleges has commenced from 17.07.2020. This allotment will be conducted to fill up the currently available vacant seats and the seats expected to be released during the allotment process of the Online Mop Up round. Eligible candidates included in the Rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 16.07.2020 to 22.07.2020, 3.00 pm.

Candidates who have registered new application to the CEE as per the revised cut off announced by the National Board of Examinations (as per the Letter no. V.12025/50/2020/-DE dated 2nd July 2020, MoHFW) can also register their options. Candidates may enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘PG Dental 2020: Candidate Portal’ provided in the above website to log on to their home page. Then by clicking the menu item ‘Option Registration’ candidates can register their options online. The allotment based on the rank list and the online options received up to 3 pm on 22.07.2020 will be published on 24.07.2020. Candidates who get allotment shall have to join the allotted colleges from 25.07.2020 to 28.07.2020, 4.00 pm.

24.07.2020 Allotment Publication
25.07.2020 to 28.07.2020, 4.00 pm All candidates who get an allotment should remit the fee / balance fee* to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as shown in the allotment memo at selected branches of Head Post Office or by way of Online Payment and should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and Fee Receipt.
28.07.2020, 5 pm Principals of Colleges to submit non-joining report through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) to the office of CEE

 Candidates allotted to courses, and who remit the fee/balance fee as prescribed, should take admission in the college/course allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.

Note: 1. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fisherman/Inmates of Sri Chithra home, Nirbhaya home, Juvenile home are exempted from payment of fees. However, they have to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- as token of having accepted the allotment.

  1. Candidates who get an allotment in the Online Mop Up counseling will lose their current admission.
  2. Those candidates who are holding All India Quota seats as per the allotment of MCC will not be eligible to participate in this phase of allotment. The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned. All details related to the counseling/allotment process are available in the Prospectus for admission to PG Dental Courses-2020 available on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
