Schedule for First Phase of Allotment – MDS

The activities related to the first phase of centralized allotment to Post Graduate Courses in Dental Surgery (MDS-Master of Dental Surgery) for the year 2020 will commence from 13/04/2020 (Monday). All the eligible Candidates including Service candidates and the candidates under PwD Quota who have applied for admission to PG Dental Courses 2020 in the State can register their options online through the Website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 13.04.2020 to 17.04.2020 3pm.

Candidate shall have to click ‘PGDental2020-Candidate Portal’ available in the above website and enter their Application Number and Password in order to access their home page. The Candidates can register their options online by clicking the menu item ‘Option Registration’ available in the home page. Provisional rank list/category list for the course will be published later. The above said list will be strictly provisional as the list will be prepared based on the claims made by the candidates through their online application.

The candidates will be provided with the facility to verify and rectify any defects if any in their profile details in due course, however all the candidates applied for admission to PG Dental Courses 2020 in the State can register their options online from 13.04.2020.Till the rectification of the defects, the allotment if any given to the candidate will be provisional. The provisional allotment of the candidate will be cancelled if they fail to upload the required documents to correct the defects through the above web site before the second allotment.

The schedule for the allotment is given below:

13-04.2020- Opening of the option registration facility.

17.04.2020[ 3PM]- Closing of option registration facility.

The list of Dental Colleges/Courses to which the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations makes allotment is provided in the Home page of the candidate. Candidates can give options as per their priority of the Course-College combinations in the option list. A candidate need only give options to a Course-College combination if he/she is sure to join the course and college, under the chosen quota, if allotted. Options registered online alone will be considered for allotment to the courses. Options sent to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations via Post/Fax/Email will not be processed /considered for allotment to the courses.

The fees shown in respect of Self Financing Dental Colleges is purely provisional and subject to changes as decided by the Government.

 The option registration for NRI/Minority quota seats available in self financing colleges will be notified later.

 SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fishermen/inmates of Sri. Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home, Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of fees. The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned.
