Second Phase allotment to MBBS/ Allied courses: Option Registration begins
The activities related to the second phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses including MBBS/BDS courses will commence on 07.08.2018. In the second phase, allotment will be done to the vacant seats existing in Medical & Allied courses, seats liable to be surrendered from All India Quota to State Quota and the newly included colleges under Medical & Allied courses also.
Candidates who want to be considered for this phase of allotment shall have to perform Online Option Confirmation. After Online Option Confirmation, candidates can register fresh options to the newly included colleges under Medical & Allied courses and also can rearrange their existing higher options / delete the unwanted higher options.
Online Option Confirmation and registration till 11TH August
The Facility for Online Option Confirmation and registration of fresh options/re-arranging the existing higher options/deleting the unwanted higher options will be available in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in up to 10 am on 11.08.2018 (Saturday). The “Facilitation Centres” [FC] having internet facility, will be functioning throughout the State during this period for providing necessary help to the candidates for registration of options. The details of such centers are available on the above website.
The higher order options that remained after the first phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses of those candidates who have not joined the college allotted in the first phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses and those who have discontinued the course after joining have been cancelled. Also candidates who stand admitted in MBBS/BDS courses under All India Quota, if details provided by the Medical Counselling Committee, shall not be considered for the second phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses.
Candidates who want to be considered for the second phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses shall have to log into their Home Page provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the „Confirm‟ button available therein. After Online Option Confirmation, the candidates can register fresh options to the newly included colleges under Medical & Allied courses and can re-arrange / delete their higher order options up to 10 am on 11.08.2018 through the above website. The allotment on the basis of options received within the stipulated time will be published on 12.08.2018.

|13.08.2018 to 17.08.2018||Candidates who receive allotment should remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) payable to CEE in any of the Head Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment and should report before the college authorities to join the allotted college/course.|
|17.08.2018 (5 pm)||All the college authorities should approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS).|
Join Before 17th August & Fee Payment
The candidates who receive allotment shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/ balance fee (if applicable) payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations in any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment on any date from 13.08.2018 to 17.08.2018 and should join the course/college allotted before 5 pm on 17.08.2018. Online Option Confirmation mandatory
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for being considered in this phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses for both candidates allotted with a course in the previous phase and those who have not received any allotment in the previous phase. Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for the second phase of allotment to Medical & Allied courses. However, those candidates who have performed online option confirmation during the period from 23.07.2018 to 26.07.2018 when the facility for the same was available for Medical & Allied courses prior to the vacancy filling online allotment to Engineering/Architecture/Pharmacy course need not perform online option confirmation again for this allotment. The existing allotment of those candidates who do not perform online option confirmation shall be retained if he/she stands joined the course/college as per the previous allotment.
