Second phase of Allotment to PG Dental [ MDS]
The activities related to the second phase of centralized allotment to Post Graduate Dental Courses (MDS) for the year 2019 will commence from 22.04.2019.
The vacant seats reverted from All India Quota, vacant seats after the first phase of counselling in Government and Self-financing Dental Colleges including NRI and Minority Community quota seats shall be filled in this phase of allotment.
Candidates who have already submitted online options and who want to participate in this phase of allotment must compulsorily confirm their existing options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in his/her home page. After online option confirmation, such candidates can delete the unwanted higher options and can re-arrange their existing higher options.
In addition, all the eligible candidates, who had submitted fresh online applications as per the revised notification, can also register fresh options to the vacant seats in Government and Self-financing Dental colleges.
The option of those candidates who submitted fresh application as per the revised notification will be considered only for the new seats surrendered from the All India Quota and the vacant seats available after the first phase of allotment and the vacancy that arises during the course of issue of TC by an already admitted candidate in the first phase of allotment.
The allotment of newly applied candidates will be done without disturbing the previous allotment of the candidates. The facility for online option confirmation /deletion/rearrangement/filing of fresh options will be available in the Website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 22.04.2019 to 26.04.2019, 3 pm. Those who are holding All India Quota seats are not eligible to participate in this phase of allotment.
Those who want to discontinue the course can also collect TC from the admitted colleges on or before 25.04.2019, 4 pm. Those who do not confirm their options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for this phase of allotment.
The schedule for the second phase of allotment is given below:

|All candidates who get allotment shall remit the fee / balance fee as shown in the allotment memo to the colleges at the time of admission|
|Heads of Institutions to submit non-join report through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) to the office of CEE|
Candidates allotted to the courses, and who remit the fee/balance fee as
prescribed, should take admission in the college/course allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees/take admission within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further allotments, if any. The allotment to Colleges/ Courses will be subject to recognition Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities.
