Second Phase of Allotment to Post Graduate Dental [ Degree] 2020
Facility for Online Option Information /Registration/Deletion/Rearrangement availbale
The activities related to the second phase of Centralized allotment to Post Graduate Dental Degree Courses for the year 2020 in the State commences from 02/07/2020. The vacant seats expected to be reverted from All India Quota, the vacant seats under State quota after the first round of counseling in Government Dental Colleges and Self-financing Dental Colleges shall be filled up in this phase of allotment. Allotment to NRI and Minority community quota seats in Self-financing Dental colleges is also included in this phase.
Candidates included in the state rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations can log on to the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and then click the link ‘P G Dental 2020-Candidate Portal’ to access their home page. Candidates can then re-arrange/delete their existing higher order options and register fresh option to the NRI Minority Community Quota seats if needed, after clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available therein. Candidates who have not received any allotment in the first phase can also re-arrange/delete their existing options. The facility for online option confirmation/deletion/rearrangement/registration shall be available in the above website from 02/07/2020 to 06/07/2020, 10.00 am. Those who are holding All India Quota seats as per the allotment of MCC will not eligible to participate in this phase of allotment.
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory
The candidates who have received an allotment in the first phase and take virtual admission and also the candidates who have not received any allotment in the first phase, who want to be considered for the second phase of allotment shall have to confirm their options online by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in the Home page of the candidate. Those who do not Confirm their options online will not be considered for the second phase of allotment for the existing options.
Cancellation of Virtual Admission
Candidate who got allotments in the first phase were instructed to take Virtual Admission through the website of commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Such candidates who do not want the existing admission can perform cancellation of admission through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. A menu item ‘Cancel Virtual Admission’ is available on the candidate portal for this purpose. If a candidate cancel the virtual admission he/she will lose the existing admission and exist from the allotment procedure. All prevailing options will also be cancelled. The candidate is not eligible to participate in the second phase of allotment process after cancelling the admission. However they can register options for NRI and Minority seats if eligible.

|09.07.2020 – 15.07.2020, 4.00 pm||All candidates who get an allotment should remit the fee / balance fee* to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as shown in the allotment memo at selected branches of Head Post Office or by way of Online Payment and should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and Fee Receipt.|
|15.07.2020, 5pm||College authorities shall have to approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS).|
Candidates allotted to courses, and who remit the fee/balance fee as prescribed, should take admission in the college/course allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances. The candidates are liable to pay admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission.
*The fees in respect of Self Financing Dental Colleges is as per G.O.(MS)No.79/2020/H&FWD dated .11.05.2020.
Note: Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fisherman/Inmates of Sri Chithra home, Nirbhaya home, Juvenile home are exempted from payment of fees. However, they have to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- as token of having accepted the allotment.
The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned. All details related to the counseling/allotment process are available in the Prospectus for admission to P G Dental Courses-2020 available.
